The Patient Intake Form is now available for review.
The following values will be upheld in development of the future state:
- Transparent development with Source Code publicly available.
- Long term maintenance planned out with a dedicated team in Manila, PH available for maintenance.
- Separation of the Windows Stack and the source code to ensure easy development and testing in the future
- Maintain the cloud functionality (for uploading and searching data) for the future using Salesforce or another well supported solution.
- Well documented instructions, road maps and development notes using a Wiki.
- Used in a language and Windows Stack that is well maintained and easy to find developers for.
